shall be glad to consider again more

detailed proposals when he is in a

position to give his plans more definite

form.

3. As regards the scheme in its

present form, it is difficult to offer

detailed comment on the estimated costs

owing to the meagre particulars which So

have been furnished, The Air Ministry

have, however, made the following

observations on the proposals submitted:-

(1) The provision under capital

expenditure of $20,000 for

workshops and tools is,

presumably, intended to provide

for the carrying out of all

repairs to the Company's

aircraft and engines, including

complete overhauls. If so, the
